Our story
Started because the existing options were rubbish.
When I was knocked off my bike a few years ago, the aftermath was worse than the crash. The insurance company treated me like a nuisance, the replacement bike they offered was a joke compared to what I rode, and the legal firm they passed me to didn't know a sprocket from a spark plug.
I spent weeks chasing updates, arguing about the value of my gear, and trying to get a straight answer. It shouldn't be that hard.
